Ingredients
  

  • 300 g 10 oz of pasta (preferably Tagliatelle)
  • 200 g 7 oz of cooked ham
  • 100 g 3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 150 to 200 g 6 oz Gorgonzola
  • 15 cl 5 oz cream (crème fraîche)

  • In a large saucepan melt all the gorgonzola (after removing the crust).
  • Add the cream and stir.
  • Once everything is completely melted add the Parmesan to taste.
  • Cut the ham into dice and add it to the sauce (the doses are depending on your appetite)
  • In another saucepan, boil water and cook your pasta for the time specified on the package.
  • Drain the pasta and place it in a baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce over and cover with a little Parmesan.
  • Bake in the oven at 210 ° C (410 ° F) until the top is slightly golden. Serve and enjoy!
